We combine muscle defining strength training moves with high intensity cardio intervals to ensure you get the most efficient fat burn long after class is over. FUSEpump is a 60 minute strength training class where all attention is focused on a slower, more controlled lift. In this class you will perform anywhere from 6-12 repetitions with a goal of hitting max fatigue by the end of your designated number of reps. The response we illicit from this type of lifting is the perfect complement to FUSEblend and FUSE50.
FUSEblend is a 60 minute class based on the principles behind Tabata training. Blend is a trainer led class that features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.
